Returns and Exchange

If you are dissatisfied with any items from your order, you are welcome to return them to us for an exchange or a store credit.


  • Please contact us (email - orders@lollypop-kids.com, watsapp - 056 823 7727) regarding the return.
  • International orders should be returned  within 10 working days after delivery.
  • Local orders should be returned  within 3 working days after delivery.
  • The products you return must be new, unused and unworn with all the  original packaging and garment tags still attached. We do not accept the return of any item with any indication that it was used, worn or washed (please check washing instructions on all garments before handling). For purposes of hygiene we do not accept returned underwear, swimwear.In the event that these items are returned to us they will be held and must be returned at the customers cost. 


Returning for a Refund 
  • Payments done with credit or debit card, will be refunded directly onto your card - please note that this can take up to ten days to appear in your account.
  • Payments done with COD (cash on delivery) service, will be refunded as store credit to your LollypopKids account 
 
Returning for an Exchange 
  • Please contact us before returning items for exchange to ensure that your required sizes are in stock.
  • We can  then  hold your required items for you while we await your returned items.
  • Exchange can only be applied after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check. In most cases, an exchange will be given on a returned item, however items that were on sale or are not in stock any more cannot be exchanged  unless faulty. 
 
Returning your items to us 
  • To return your item(s) simply repackage them securely and post them to the following address: LollypopKids, #18 Red Cresent Warehouse, Al Quoz 1, Dubai, UAE +97143253776.
  • Please make sure to return the items in a safely manner to us, therefore we advise using a recommended delivery service (such as Aramex).We will not accept responsibility of any lost returns unless a proof of delivery is provided by the sender. The shipping cost for the returned/exchanged items should be payed by the customer.Shipping costs will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. LollyPop will not take responsibility for packages where the postage is unpaid.
 
YOU MUST include a photocopy of your receipt with a brief note explaining the reason for your exchange,  and  whether you would like a replacement of same  or an exchange.   If you cannot get a photocopy you may alternatively  attach your own note including the following information:
 
• Order number (this will be at the top of the receipt in your parcel, please note it is not the "Invoice" number)
• The date of your order (also at the top of the receipt in your parcel)
• Your full name as on your order  
• Your contact number or your email address. In some cases we reserve the right to apply a restocking and handling fee to cover bank charges and admin costs.
